Capabilities 

Our state-of-the-art machine shop highlights some of the best machinery around. We have multiple machines in each category, and highly skilled personnel to operate those machines. Our personnel utilize these machines to ensure the customer receives their products and parts in a timely manner. 

Our equipment includes: 

•  Wide array of CNC machines that can handle small and large parts in varying quantities and a variety of materials.
• High-speed turning equipment with axial and radial milling and drilling capability
•  An automated saw to keep pace with our raw material demands.

We also have: 

•  Large inventory of raw materials
•  DC Morrison Keyseater- capability for 1-1/4 inch wide Internal Keyways
• Grit blast finish capability
•  Certified welders capable of full welding and fabrication including TIG, MIG, Arc and plasma cutting
• General sheet metal and other fabrication tools utilized including bandsaws, sheet metal break and ironworkers
• Our CNC programmers are trained routinely using the latest programming software
• We can also handle simple or complex fixture design, all completed on-site for faster turn-around time.
